After a long hiatus, we're back with a
new Place, this time a gem of a village, quiet, authentic
Provençal yet close to the sea. Ideal for those who want to have it
both ways: peace and all the action of the Mediterranée.
It's no secret: it's Plan de la Tour!

May is a lovely month to spend in Provence. The sun is out most
days, the strong summer heat is not yet there, the tourist crowd is
manageable and the people seem still friendly. A perfect time to
visit a wine domain and taste the local wine. Some French national
wine association must have come to the same conclusion and has
organized a day of Fête de la vigne
et du vin, Feast of the vineyard and the wine.
We celebrated that day at our local
favorite vinyeard.
