Ramatuelle has a summer festival of classical music, theater and jazz. The jazz component (in August) lasts four days and is quite attractive (final night with an international star), but not yet as renowned as the jazz of Juan-les-Pins.

Soupe de poissons is fish soup and Bourride is a simpler version of bouillabaisse.
