everything you wish for in a sun-filled vacation at the Côte

| Built in the style
of the fishermen-houses you find in Saint-Tropez, the house
consists of three levels, with at the ground level a living room
with dining area and adjacent kitchen. French doors lead to a
sunny terrace and garden, at the end of which a gate opens to
your private dock (for boat of up to 6m). From the garden and
the bedrooms upstairs, you have a lovely view of the river La
Giscle.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge
with freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer, ironing
board and iron, TV with satellite, stereo, telephone.
At the front of the house, you find a private, secure
parking. There is a large communal swimming pool. |

you find two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There is a
separate modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A
third bedroom is situated on the second floor. It has a
queen-sized double bed. Adjacent is a large modern bathroom with
bath tub, separate shower and toilet. The bedroom levels are
bright and practical with warmly polished parquet flooring.
